Terms & Conditions for Exova Websites
General
The Company (Exova) publish and manage information on a number of websites (known as “Web Services”). We try to make sure that the content and information (collectively, the "Materials") is as accurate as possible.
You hereby acknowledge that any reliance upon any Materials shall be at your sole risk. The Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without any obligation, to make improvements to, or correct any error or omissions in any portion of the Materials.
We may revise these terms and conditions as we develop our Web Services. By accepting these terms and conditions you agree that we may:
- use this Internet service for any part of our dealings with you in relation to any of the Web Services you are registered for

Access to the Web Services
The Company will make every effort to ensure that the Web Services are available during normal working hours. However, there may be situations, beyond our control, where interruptions occur in the service. These interruptions can be as a result of internet service provider's (ISP) problems which are outside our control.
There will be times, outside normal working hours, where the Web Services will be temporarily unavailable. The Web Services are subject to development, change and correction of errors and it is necessary to remove the service for short periods of time whilst these alterations are implemented.
Tools and Facilities
The Company may provide tools and facilities for searching, displaying, interpreting and downloading data as part of the service. These are provided to aid clients in their use of the system and the user only has the rights to use these tools and facilities while they are an active subscriber to the service. Whilst every care has been taken by the Company to ensure all aspects of the website work correctly as intended, the Company takes no responsibility for any losses incurred by clients caused by the malfunction, or otherwise, of the tools and facilities provided. Clients are asked to notify the IT Manager of any faults or problems they encounter with the Web Services.
The Company takes no responsibility for the accuracy, validity or authenticity of any data that has been downloaded from this website into either the client’s own applications or any applications for the processing or display of data.
Liability
The Company makes every attempt to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the information contained in the publications and services stored, served and accessed by this Web Service, but this information should not be relied upon as a substitute for formal advice, certificates or reports.

The Company, its employees and agents will not be responsible for any loss, however arising, from the use of, or reliance on this information. The Company will not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting from loss of use, data or profits, however those damages may arise.
By providing links to other sites, The Company does not guarantee, approve or endorse the information or products available at these sites, nor does a link necessarily indicate any association with or endorsement of the linked site by The Company. We expressly reserve the right to withdraw our consent, at any time, to a link that we think is inappropriate.

Breach of these Terms and Conditions
If we consider that you have breached any of these terms and conditions or have otherwise demonstrated inappropriate conduct when using sites we reserve the right to:
• warn you via e-mail that you have breached these terms, and ask you to stop such conduct;
• take measures (including terminating, suspending or restricting your access) to prevent you from using the Web Services.
If your conduct on or use of the site causes us or any other company loss, damage or other costs, you shall be responsible for reimbursing these costs.

The Company names and logos are registered trademarks and may not be used without our written permission.
