A 2 day practical workshop for food factory inspection. The aim of the course is to equip those persons responsible for carrying out internal auditing functions, inspecting suppliers and other third party operations, with the necessary skills to undertake these inspections. This course is compatible with the BRC Technical Standard requirement for training Internal Audit Staff.
