Intermediate HACCP Course 13/05/2008
Delegates will gain the skills to identify food hazards within their own production processes and to develop appropriate control mechanisms. Delegates who pass a short written exam will be awarded the RIPH HACCP Certificate.

Foundation HACCP 07/05/2008
The aim of the RIPH Foundation Certificate in HACCP Principles is to provide knowledge and understanding of the basic concepts and methodology of HACCP.

Nutrition & Health Claims Directive 06/05/2008
The course will provide an update to the legal requirements for labelling food products in the UK particularly in respect of claims relating to health benefits and nutritional benefits.

Food Factory Inspection Course 24/04/2008
Bodycote Lawlabs run a Practical Food Factory Inspection Course, the duration is 2 days and covers all the necessary requirements for a BRC audit and is suitable for persons carrying out internal audits.

Advanced Food Labelling 27/03/2008
The course will provide an update to the legal requirements for labelling food products in the UK and a series of case studies to challenge your understanding of labelling legislation.
