We offer testing for a range of food borne micro-organisms which include food spoilage organisms and pathogens. Shelf-life determinations including protocol designs and data interpretation are also available.

We can also provide advice on testing regimes to meet the requirements of the Microbiological Criteria for Foodstuffs Regulations.

Our laboratories are UKAS accredited and M & S ISA approved.
