Halal Inspections

Exova are approved auditors by the UK Halal Corporation. Audits are carried out by Exova and the report is submitted to the UK Halal Corporation who make the certification decision and issue certificates if appropriate. Halal products are required to be lawful, clean, safe, good and wholesome. Some products and raw materials, for example pork and alcohol, are excluded from this definition by Sharia law and so there must be measures in place to prevent contamination from these materials.
