Food Regulations

All food operations are required to comply with a raft of legislation. Exova assist organisations in meeting their legal obligations by providing confidential technical and advisory services, analytical resources and third party independent inspection on food regulations.

With a large resource including former Trading Standards Officers, Environmental Health Officers and Food Technologists with retailer and manufacturing experience, the Food Advisory Team is uniquely qualified to give practical, commercial advice on technical and legal issues, including food regulations.

Our relationship with major retailers ensures that we are able to provide assistance in their particular labelling requirements and technical protocols for their own-label product ranges. We are also familiar with a number of electronic specification systems used by retailers and have a team of dedicated specification technologists assisting in this ever-growing area.

Recognising that our customers are individuals and need varying levels of assistance or advice, we offer a membership service. Our membership scheme gives access to a pre-agreed amount of consultation time with our advisors who have years of expertise in all all industry areas.
