New Regional Venues for 2009 Exova Food Training

 20 January 2009

Exova's Food & Consumer Products division has announced its 2009 programme of training courses for those working in the food industry and added three new regional venues in Edinburgh, Manchester and Oxford.

Led by industry experts, the courses cover subjects including Food Labelling and Composition; HACCP; Nutrition and Health Claims; Factory Inspection and Food Safety and range from half a day to five days. Courses are specifically designed to look at the latest developments in a particular sector and are aimed at technical managers and those involved in food production or foodservice.

Ian Stanley, Business Development Executive, Exova comments:
“Our training courses are recognised throughout the industry for their quality content, but it’s not always practical for delegates living in Scotland or the North to travel to the Midlands, so we have widened the number of courses available and at regional bases.”

For more information on the course content please contact Exova Health Sciences on 0121 206 4100 for a prospectus.
