Exova has made two promotions in its Food Advisory team – Sue Riley to Advisory Services Manager and Fiona Scholes to Team Leader.

A Biochemistry with Pharmacology graduate, Sue Riley has nearly 20 years experience in the food industry and has worked with Exova since 2006. She has looked after all three Food Advisory teams in the business. In her new role, Sue is also responsible for the EHO, technical and non food teams.

Food Science graduate, Fiona Scholes joined the business in 2006 as an Advisor in the food team, working closely with clients on all aspects of food law advice from hygiene regulations to composition and labeling queries, as well as developing and presenting training courses. As Team Leader Fiona’s remit is to work closely with clients and further develop the food advisory service.
