Exova’s Food & Consumer Products Division has appointed Zoe Nicholls, a former Business Unit Controller at RHM Culinary Brands, as Business Development Manager.
With more than 17 years technical and commercial experience with leading blue chip food companies, Zoe will be responsible for driving business for Exova’s advisory, testing and training capabilities to both food retailers and manufacturers. Zoe began her career in NPD with United Biscuits following a degree in Food Marketing Management, moving into commercial and product innovation roles with RHM, beginning with Sales Development Executive through to senior NAM roles and Unit Controller.
